BHPA Incident Report Form

Reportable incidents are those which:
  • Involve injury, whether to participants or others.
  • Involve damage to property, whether third party or not.
  • May cause an insurance or legal claim.
  • Involve the use of non-standard equipment or techniques.
  • Involve failed or malfunctioned equipment.
  • Highlight safety points or were unusual.
  • You feel the sport may learn from.

A study of the real effect of hang gliders and paragliders on animals in the wild.
